Our search service is for anyone who wants to buy and avoid the time and energy-consuming hassle of buying a property. Whether you don't have the time or the facilities to search for potential properties in person, we can help you. Our colleagues with local knowledge and professional experience can also locate properties for buyers that are not in ArtHome's database. If there is no suitable property on the market, we will try to find the right one for you, so that you can find properties that you would not have seen otherwise.  We find properties that match our clients' search parameters, saving them a lot of time. We believe in creating deals where all parties are interested and benefit, so that the cooperation can work well in the long run. Our fee is a success fee, which in such cases is shared between the buyer and the seller.

Let us do the searching for you - if there is no suitable property in our database, we will find it for you. Just as efficiently, with professional help, we can offer you pre-screened, first-round viewings so you can choose from as wide a selection as possible!

What do I need to do to use the service? How does it work?

Just enter your search parameters or send us a few properties you like and we'll find the best property for you, whether it's for rent or for sale. All you have to do is contact your ArtHome consultant or write to info@arthomeingatlan.hu-ra and specify the parameters of the property you want (type, location, price range and any other criteria). Indicate the name of the service in the title or in the text: #SearchForMeArtHome

Our colleague will contact you and have a chat with you to assess your exact needs. We will then start the search and selection process, then we will consult you again to discuss which ones you like and what you should see. If you want, we can go to the show with or for you and help you to choose, review and decide. If you're not in Szeged, we'll be happy to make a video of the apartment or call you on videochat so you can join us on a tour of the property. Our team will do their best to find the best property for you.

What else is included in the service?

Once you've made your choice, we'll be with you or take care of the rest of the purchase or rental process. We'll guide you through the process, check the legal status of the property, be with you or do it for you, review the sale or lease contract, make suggestions and coordinate - all at your convenience and pace. We are at your disposal until the sale or lease is closed and you have taken the keys to the property.

How much does this service cost?

Our search service is based on a success fee. So you pay ONLY when we have found the property you want and we have managed to arrange an agreement with the owner of the property for rent/lease.

The personalised search fee is as follows:

• 1% of the negotiated purchase price for a property for sale.
• For rental properties, the amount is half of the rent.
